Paypal — Permanently limiting my account and holding the funds for 180 days

Hi,
I got my first order on etsy india and got the payment in my paypal account on Jan 10 2023. I completed and shipped the order on 19th Jan 2023 and customer received the same within a week and gave 5 star review on etsy. Since it was my first transaction with paypal, they held the money for 21 days after which it was showing in balance of paypal account. First I was told that it will be transferred in my bank account in 5-7 business days and then after that they asked for id proof and proof of transaction so that after reviewing in 3 days they will transfer the amount in my bank account. As soon as I uploaded the Pan card and material sourcing bill, I got an email that they have permanently limited my account.
The order amount was approx 160 USD out of which paypal deducted their fees and the balance showing right now is 152.16 USD.
The dresses were handmade with the threads and with so much hardwork. Please resolve the issue and help me getting my hard earned money.
