[Resolved] Paypal — Unethical means of your hard earned to special offers

Purchased medicines from medlife through paypal wallet on 21st april 20 but the orderd was delayed and received partial delivery and the amount was refunded to paypal on 10th may 20. Now paypal wallet showing received 700.03 rs. From medlife on 10th may but the amount lapsed to special offers and ate my 700.03 rs. How come govt of india is issuing license to these fraud wallet company who are not ready to accept when messaged and emailed to paypal they are telling the voucher has expired on 5th may and amt received by 10th may so you will not receive your moneyback +1 photos Was this information helpful?
