My top up loan was approved and disbursed as per the msgs recieved and status shown in app. It's been 2 days now.
Sent 5 to 6 complaints but no reply from the customer support. I have not received the money. I really need the amount urgently. But no response and the money is not credited yet. I checked with the bank and they confirmed nothing in unclear status.
Please help.
