PaySense — amount disbursed but not credited

My top up loan was approved and disbursed as per the msgs recieved and status shown in app. It's been 2 days now.

Sent 5 to 6 complaints but no reply from the customer support. I have not received the money. I really need the amount urgently. But no response and the money is not credited yet. I checked with the bank and they confirmed nothing in unclear status.

Please help.

Updated by shaik.zunnu It's been three days now and still no reply and solution my complaint and query.

Paysense doesnt have any support team to work
