PaySense — amount not disbursed in bank account but apps showing amount disbursed

Hi i applied a loan of 75000 rs in paysense it got approved and i did all my e-sign formalities in app its shows amount got disbursed but it didn’t credit in my bank account its shows amount disbursed on sep 19 still amount didn’t credit in my bank account its been a month please help me through this and they activated my emi also but no money in my bank account
