[Resolved]  PaySense — disbursal

I had applied for a loan of 100000 Rs on 28th August 2019. I was asked to sign an agreement and a NACH form after that. Its 3rd September now but the amount has not been released into my account yet. What is the point of applying for an instant loan when it takes so many days. I am just being asked to wait for 24-48 days in the template emails they respond with upon contacting them.

Finally after nearly three weeks of waiting my account was disbursed today. Paysense definitely needs to work out on a better customer service. Regards
