PaySense — fraud and behavior | |||||
I am an existing customer of Paysense. The worst thing is, people are not cooperative, they always misbehaves with customer. I mistakenly paid my EMI twice of a single month and requested to refund, they said within 7-8 days I will get my money back but no response. I had a word with Mr Mahesh, he is the most JAAHIL (GAWAR) person I could have meet. Monika, Mahesh, Pooja & Sapna they are the executive whom I have spoken with, they all have misbehave with me. Also they stopped answering my call and didn't reply me on whatsapp too. This is for all the Paysense users, do not pay their EMI's, they don't deserve a better customary. @consumercomplaints please look into this matter and file a complaint against this fraud company.
