PaySense — harassment from debt collections

Your company sucks.. I made the payment every month on time.. There were two girls from domestic call center in mumbai who used to call me every day in and day out.. Calling more than 30 to 50times back to back and calling in the night around 10 clock asking for payment.. Even they called my friends, friends mother and discussed about my loan and in fact they told i have taken 2 lakhs from them which i didn't take that much.. Calling my parents back to back.. They abused my father calling him idiot, aapka baap karega payment which was used on my dad.. When i took phone from my dad to talk to her, she said idiot, and there were three one guy and two girls laughing at my dad when they scolded him and they were laughing at me by scolding me.. When i gave a complaint and send a email to paysense, one guy called by the name mukesh, he said sorry and please give your dads number so that i will ask him sorry.. Later he said he will take serious action regarding this but he didn't turn up.. Again i started getting calls, when i called him to inform, he said there were no calls made when i sent him recordings to his email and he didn't even investigate.. Started speaking rude to me later that m trying to fake around when i sent him proof with recordings.. I really don't know whom to contact to give a complaint on this.. I tried to send post on facebook on there page, we cant even post.. I will file law suit case against your company and i will sue your company..

I am facing the same kind if issue as well. None of the are professional at all.i have been paying emi on time but had to miss on an EMI due to a reason which I had to explain it when ever they call me. Now today I had a call and they played the same game of calling my dad and ###. And said 5 rupe rakhneki aekhath nai hain. There was some guy who claimed to be a advocate and when I spoke to him and explains the way agents were behaving. He did the same and started to shout on n top of his voice and made me angry to the core by using a fail language.and calling my dad n ###. I could not Handel it and I lost my temper. N literally he messaged me saying lawyer rakhneki awkhath nai hain teri. This is how they speak. And when I called back and said I want to close the LOAN completely he literally said ' hat phone rakh about Dekh kya kartha hun' . Less that he knew about me. Now he returns that he is recorded the call. And when I called customer service they do not respond to even emails.leave alone the EMI . No bank or non banking service can report an EMi as will full default unless EMI is not paid for more that 3months. They think in NJ they can abuse use faul language and pull up the money. I had enough of them. The worst in professional people I have ever come across.
