[Resolved]  PaySense — loan disbursed but money not credited

My loan number is SL2412371..I got message my loan amount was disbursed on 6th May but I didnot get my loan amount on my account..I tried to customer care more than 20 time .the didn't call back or respond properly ..

I m Abhishek Gupta from Surat and my registeres mobile number is [protected], i was apply for a loan with pay sense application Loan No. SL2432147 and submit all the documents. On 6 June 2019 my application get approved and i received a message from paysense that my money disbursed in my account [protected] ( AXIS Bank ) but when i check my account i saw that money not credited in my account.
Today is 6th day, every time complain they say within 24hours and now even they stop responding to my mail.
They don't have any customer care number to whom we can call and contact to executive. We are completely dependent on mail that also they stop responding.

Iam already 378 rupees paid
