PaySense — no proper customer support

This is an online loan app.

I have taken a loan for 24 months from them and tried to prepay the loan.
When enquired with the team, they shared some current account details to transfer the money.

Its been two months after the money paid back but still they are deducting emi for the mentioned loan.

When i try to reach them,
No one responses for mails and no call back.

Hi Surya pradeep,

Apologies for the inconveince caused to you due to this as we can see that we had asked you to send the statement which we have received it on July 9 and we replied to you on 15 July that we will get the payments mapped.

This delay happened beacuse the UTR which we received on 18 June was not the complete UTR in the foreclosure form.

But don't need worry we will surely refund the extra amount to you.
