PaySense — payment deducted twice

This is with Reference to my loan with Loan ID SL2458819, my EMI due date is 3rd of every month, so on 3rd November it was showing that " you could not deduct amount beacuse NACH status is under process so please make payment or pay through UPI " and as I paid on 3rd November through IMPS from my bank account ( you can find the attachment below for transaction details) so that it will not went overdue and doesnt affects credit score but again on 4th Novement the amount 4521 also got autodebited from my account which is really inconvenient I mean first you say we couldn't deduct and when...

Still refund not provided. I am writing more than 10 mail regarding this issue and still not getting even single revert from your end.
