[Resolved] PaySense — paysense says loan disbursed but funds not credited to account | |||||
Dear team, May 6th i have applied for personal loan. Ms. Sandhya Ms. Ruby das Contacted me for documents verification online. And i have shared documents to them via whatsapp. Loan application was successful. On 7th may, the person from paysense support collected all the physical verified documents and even took signature on nach auto debit also. Saying that amount will be debited within 48 hours he left. And after two days that is 9th may i received messages and emails from paysense saying that the amount after deducting pre emi and processing fees of xxxxxxx has been credited to my account. I only received rs. 1 in my account on that day. And where as it says all the amount is disbursed. By today 13th may, i have written more than 5 emails daily and sent contact me soon message through app. But no response. Even i checked with the contacts what i got, ms. Sandhya and ms. Ruby das phone numbers they are also not recieving my calls and blocked me through whatsapp. Attached screen short of the same too. Request you to sort out the issue soon as it's emergency.
