Paytm — 2 Transaction Failure of Rs 2607 (Total Amount - Rs 5414) - Not Refunded even after 3 Weeks | |||
Hi Team I did an unsuccessful transaction twice through Paytm App on my Windows phone on 10th/11th Oct while on 2 occassions the money got deducted from my account. Then I went to the website, where there was an option to transfer "Paytm cash" back to my account. The website promises to refund the amount in Max.21 days but the amount not returned till now. It indicates that two refund transactions for Rs. 2617 each to your bank account were initiated as of 10.10.2013. We suggest you check your bank statement to check your refund status.
If it is not reflecting in your bank statement till the date, you may inquire the same to your bank with refund reference ids [protected] and [protected]. In fact, the actual number of days that the bank may take to reflect the refund in your account may vary from bank to bank and is beyond our control.
