Im prateep, recently I'm purchased automotive jbl subwoofer(JBL CS1200WSI) from paytm.ORDER ID IS [protected].Its price is 3299.But the product I received from delhivery courier service is damaged. So I requested for return request.paytm accepted the return request and also created return pick up for my damaged product as the same courier service(delhivery).Today afternoon I received message from paytm that delhivery courier service will pick up the product today. But the seller was cancelled my return request.Now I have no chance to create Return request again.so please help me to resolve this issue. It my hard earned money 3299 rupees.I dont earned for buying this defective product. So help me refund my money. Also the return applicable for 7 days only.

Updated by Prateep jack mini Yesterday I chat with customer care. But still now I didn't receive any resoonse from paytm.please refund my amount.Dont make me to take any legal action against that seller.

Updated by Prateep jack mini The return pick up completed yesterday itself, but still paytm app shows pick attempt failed, so paytm is cheating with customer and also playing with customer's hard earned money.
