[Resolved] Paytm — Besom not received Payment | |||
I made a payment through your Paytm website to Bescom on 09.11.2014 using my Credit Card. Paytm Transaction Receipt Order No's are : [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] My Account has been debited and even the Paytm transaction is showing successful but the payment has not received by Bescom. I have called Bescom many times and they are saying Paytm is not a partner of Bescom and they have not received any Payment from Paytm. And this Rs.505 is reflecting in this month current Bill. Response received from Bescom: "HelplineBESCOM Dec 9 (3 days ago) to me Dear Consumer, We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. In response to your e-mail complaint received on[protected] regarding "Payment through paytm", your bill payment mentioned above has not been received and updated for BESCOM account, Please don't use paytm website for BESCOM bill payment, hence we request you to pay bills through approved collection centres/vendors such as ATP counters, Bangaloreone centres, easy bill, bescom site www.bescom.co.in, Bill junction, billdesk, pay u mobile, Branches of city bank, ECS and cash counters. You can also contact on Tel No. : 1912 / E-mail- [protected]@bescom.co.in Your valuable feedback about our service will help us to serve you better.
