[Resolved] Paytm — Credit Card Bill Payment not successful

My name is Archa Mohan. I have made my credit card bill payment of Rs. 2616 via Paytm on 1st July 2022 but the amount has not been credited to my credit card account till date( 5th July 2022). I have even raised a Ticket( Ticket id: [protected]) with Paytm regarding this issue but still no action has been taken. I want to get my cash back to the source account or added to my credit card account.

Updated by ArchaMohan Please find the screenshot of the Ticket raised for the same with Paytm and the response received from them.
