Paytm — defective item sent and not taken back

I had done a online shopping of product signoracare eco plus 500 w mixer grinder (White & blue/3 jar) on paytm on 18th, nov (Order no. [protected], amount rs. 1299). Paytm delivered the item on 30th, nov. They took almost 2 weeks to deliver the item after lodging complaint on delay in delivery and many email conversation (Query no. 44357949 and[protected].
After delivery, i found that the delivered item was defected. As per the return policy of paytm, i choose to return the item on 1st, dec (Query no. 44518811, return item id : [protected]). Paytm approved the return item on the next day and they assigned a return pickup to their courier partner.
From 2nd, dec, till today no body come to pickup the item back. As i paid them during booking only, they are holding money with them only as the item is not collected back. The courier partner of paytm is daily sending a message to my mobile that they will pick up the item by the end of the day. If i check the status of the courier details, they are telling that the given address is bad or incomplete address. As per my knowledge, the return pickup job is assigned to the same courier partner who delivered the item before. How that can be a bad or incomplete address as he already once delivered a item to same address? And he is telling that consignee unavailable but no body came to my home for pick up the item. And paytm is not refunding my money to. Because of this issue i am not able to purchase a new mixer also.

I Have a Transaction by using debit card in paytm to another bank account.
But he is still not receive the payment in our account.

I pay my TATA AIA Life insurance installment Rs. 35054.63 by paytm order no. [protected] order status failed amount debited my acount. Amount not refunded in my acount yet.
So solve my problem and refund amount 35054.63 in my account.

Mene 10/12/2017 1:33 pe paytm wallet se recharge kiya tha .paytm wallet me recharge success dikha raha he.lekin Jio recharge nhi hua . Recharge amount Rs.399 tha. Paytm order number [protected] he.plz help me.

As i forgot my password i m not able to login my account so i called on customer care they sent a link which has to be expired in 10 mins but as i click on that link it shows it has been expired in just few seconds. Kindly help in this.
