[Resolved] Paytm — delivered wrong place and order success | |||
This mail regarding my order deliver issue, And i m very dissatisfied with your service and this worst experience with paytm, In my case order deliver wrong place and that was happened before lockdown so i can't do anything but please confirm where my order place deliver and my order number is [protected] headphones & this is delivered on 18th march and i resister complaint on 20 march and in my account currier boy contact number wrong and no one are justified my concern so, Please escalate my problem and give me solution otherwise i want my amount refund. And due to lockdown one month passing but i resistered complaint in days to delivered but from your side no response so i m very dissapointed from paytm such a big valued company but it's not acceptable at all. Try to contact with currier and confirm where is my order place bcoz i m very suffer and i have already paid money so it is paytm company responsibility to solved my concern.and as soon as possible.your currier not even one time called me and his number shown wrong in app.so this is your service. | |||
