Paytm — didn't receive product(item)

Hi. On 28, march '15, I ordered Jockey Pack Of 4 Modern Brief (Size-80-85) from Paytm. After someday on my paytm account it's shows delivered but in actual I have not received. So I raised query in Paytm Care, then they told in next 3 days you will get item or refund. But still I didn't receive any and now they are not replying even. So please help me.
