Hi, My order no in paytm is .[protected] .
Order placed successfully on may 1 st. product dead line to delivery is 14 may. but totay 16th may still no progress. i have send more than 10 mails 100 calls.
paytm always asking for 24 to 48 hrs. i have never face such a irresponsible customer service ever.
I need my money back now.

Deceive me

Yesterday i complent about money not received

paytm took money from my account illegally,took Rs15000 from my account

i made a complaint to paytm about recharge not being done. They called me back and said the amount will be refunded and they took Rs15000 from my account.This is a crime.Please take legal action against this my contact no is [protected]

There is a PAYTM.COM Transactions(01/04/2019 - Two transactions(INR 828.71 and 163.90) and 11/04 - One Transaction(INR 600) in CITI Credit card statement. I never done any purchase by CITI Credit card. As called up CITI Customer care and they suggested to rise a complaint to PAYTM. I think somebody in PAYTM employees trending this type of transactions. Request to look in to the matter and settle the amount back.
