Paytm Fastag — paytm fastag not delivered

I have applied for paytm fastag on 13th nov.
Till date i didnot receive the fastag. Upon following up multiple times, i get an answer that says we are doing our best to deliver it quickly.

The phone number for fastag is never reacheable.
Order id : [protected] - this is always in "waiting courier pickup"

I got the awb tracking number from ecom - [protected].
When tracked, it shows that the pickup is rescheduled everyday. It has been more than 20 days now that it is stuck.

When contacting ecom, it says contact the online shopping.

I demand that they should settle this immediately or refund the amount for such poor service.

Yes. Even i faced exactly the same problem with paytm Fastag team. And the ecom courier service is keep on rescheduling my order for no reason. I have ordered on 10th Nov 2019, still i am yet to get the order.

When i reachout to paytm, they are keep on giving me the old - returned AWB for tracking, which is useless.
