I ordered 4 led bulb at paytm mall online, which are delivered dread on arrival and does not have company logo in the bulbs, order no. [protected] dated 11th feb 2021. Till date paytm mall have not even picked up the detectives nor REFUNDed my money. Paytm mall does not have even any option to talk with customer care directly. Extremely pathetic service. Pl refund my money urgently.

Updated by parag1995 Already two complaint raised on this issue with Query ref no.[protected] and[protected] from paytmmall app. But there is no pickup till date of the defective material nor I got any refund nor replacement.
