Paytm Mall — paytm mall wrong product delivered

Paytm mall cheated with me...i had ordered shoes from paytm mall on[protected]order no- [protected]) paid rs-7349..but they sent me wrong brand & cheaper shoes...i requested for return on delivered date[protected]..but they rejected my return..i called to paytm care regarding this issue many many times( multiple complaint numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[...⇄ they are not avail & no anyone understanding my problem & they giving me only arguments...finally i have lost my money.now i am filling case in consumer forum.

Updated by raiabhishek Till now i did not got any resolution of my complaint...i called or contacted to paytm care about this issue more & more times..but they don't understanding my problem...they are keeping me only in arguments.. i have lost my money...so i request to "Consumer Complaints Forum" plz help me...bcz i earned my lost money from hard work..so plz help me...
