I ordered a carrier durafresh ac with order no [protected] on 16 july 2018 which was delivered on 18 july 2018. I have raised a return request on 19 july 2018 which was approved on 19 july 2018 itself. According to my conversation with consumer support the product should pickup by atmost by 22 july 2018 and refund will get initiated by 24 july 2018 but still the product is not picked up, its lying as it packed. I have been continuously contacting customer support since 19 july 2018 and everytime i get a response they have highlighted this case to the concerned department and they working on it. No one came for pickup yet and they are not doing refund my amount.
