[Resolved] Paytm Mall — Unable to return products | |
I had purchased a Kent Mixer Grinder from Paytm Mall. The product was delivered in a very bad condition. The boxes were tampered, both the jars handles were broken, spatula was missing, the cord was burnt and there were scratches in the body. With lot of complaints the agreed to replace the product. They had submitted a request for a return pick by Delhivery Courier. They were suppose to come for the pick up on July 6th, 2021. In the noon I get a message stating that courier people could not not reach me as I was not at home. Where as we were at home. I had not received a single call nor the pick up was attempted. After escalating the issue with Paytm it was rescheduled for today July 7th, 2021. The same thing happened today also. I have sent multiple emails but no response. The product is worth Rs 4000 aprox.
