Paytm Mobile Solutions — 5301 rs. Neither payment received by receiver nor credited back to payee

I am komal setiya (paytm registered number is [protected]).
On 29th dec 2016, i paid 5302 rs. to om chugh ([protected]) in 4 transactions as shown in the image. I checked the number of receiver twice before transferring the amount.
The amount which he (om chugh [protected]) received was 1 rs. in total out of 4 transaction (see the image below). This is his current wallet statement.
So if you see these two statements, i have paid 5302 rs. from my paytm wallet to his number, out of which he has recieved only 1 rs.
i need my money back in my paytm wallet as it has been more than 10 days.I have contacted your support system tons of time. the response is quite laggard.
