Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount deducted from wallet but neither received by the other party not refunded to me | |||||
I have done a transaction from my mobile 981110XX10 of amount INR 5000 on 18th March 2017 to mobile number 989900XX90 (transaction id: [protected], but amount was not recieved by 989900XX90 due to amount limit issues. However, amount is deducted from my account and now not refunded. I have done several complaints through my app and I get e-mail that my complaint is resolved. Over call center they say that you will get money in next 24 hours but it seems Paytm is a fraud and they make money like this Was this information helpful? | |||||
