Paytm Mobile Solutions — amount wrongly deducted and not getting refund

Hello sir/ madam,

This is to bring your kind attention that on friday 17th november 2017at 8:30pm. I ordered a pizza from dominos website and paid through my paytm wallet but the order transaction got failed and my paytm wallet has been deducted with rs 641. I requested paytm so they said it's your merchant fault so i called merchant and they said they haven't received the amount. Trsanction id is - #jpt[protected] and my wallet transaction id is [protected].

And most important thing here is the amount is showing a debit balance when i'm seeing it in paytm wallet but it is not visible in when i'm checking "track order" of my paytm menu. Rest all transaction made is mentioned in track order. This means there is no such transaction is made of amount 641 or credited to merchant but they have deducted the amount of 641.

Please reply to my query at earliest.
