My paytm account is almost 18 months old.
First they blocked my main account .
Then my postpaid account also blocked without any reason.
About 2500 is available in account.
Now the company is not activatinng my account and refunding my value.
Behaving as a fraud firm.
Please help me to get back my hard earning ...

      I have lost my money on 14/08/2022 around 9 am Rs. 58, 250/- from my paytm postpaid account. Its a Paytm's mistake. I just wonder how come a person can withdraw amount in 6 installment on single OTP and on different timing. That person purchased Amazon Gift cards from that amount. Paytm Postpaid is responsible for the same. It is very difficult to repay the amount from my side

        Hi,
        On 5 Jan 2022, I have ordered a Mobile adapter for my phone
        (Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter- MHJD3HN/A, Order ID [protected], Transaction ID[protected] from PayTm Mall, and Paytm claimed that’s a Apple product they are selling me and charging me for,
        No when I have an unusual sound coming out of the adapter I went to Apple store to get fix and I got to know that’s non Apple product.
        I reached back to PayTm and stated the same instead accepting of the duplicate adapter they replied REPLACEMENT TIME GOT OVER.
        Even they asked me to share something in writing from Apple which states it’s non Apple product and I went to Apple store again and get it and shared the same but after that I got nothing from PayTm.

          I get Food Wallet amount credited by my company. But due to the credit freeze I'm not receiving this amount.

          My name in PAN differs from Adhaar Card. Because PAN is taken before my marriage and Adhaar car after marriage. So, my surname differs in both, this is the situation of most of the women in India. Along with PAN, Adhaar I have also submitted my marriage certificate. Atleast after observing these documents the credit freeze should be lifted on my account.

          I have raised number of tickets, but no use. I get the same robotic answer, please update your PAN details... Why don't the support team put some brain into their work and consider cases like this as valid.

            On 18 July 2022 at 3 PM Afternoon I did payment through Paytm Mobile Solutions for jaipur based Bedsheet Adda (Home Trade India) for an Amount of Rs 598 (Including Shipping charges of Rs 99) . I ordered Bedsheet from Bedsheet Adda to be delivered to Secunderabad (AP). My Payment Id is [protected] and Biller Reference Nos is 62d52889ee6b0. My Mobile nos is [protected]...
            The amount of Rs 598 has been deducted from my ICICI Bank Account however it has not been received by Bedsheet Adda. Nor the bedsheet could get delivered to Secunderabad. However from my account, Money has gone.

            Request you to check at your end and if the Money can be returned to me at earliest since I feel it is stuck at your end.

                I credited 2000 rupees to test out paytm postpaid feature. Barely spent the amount and since then I have been harassed by paytm. There is no clear grievance counter, no way to get a hold of customer care, yet they keep spamming me and threating me with legal action form multiple numbers

                  I apne paytm postpaid account on July 2022 and spend 2156 rupees. I not able to pay due on 07th Aug which is last days so as per charge 250 rupees should be charge as[protected] late fees charge is 250 but paytm postpaid charge 500 to me.Please resolve and provide 250 back.

                    Fastag wrong vehicle number recharged

                    My postpaid account (PYTMPPP[protected]) was closed on 31/01/2021 but when I was checking my credit report on paytm app and there my postpaid account is still active. Please closed that account from your end so that it will closed on my credit report also and provide me a closed certificate also.
                    I have tried many time for complaining about this on paytm app but it doesn't provide any option to connect live agent and call agent told me that you have to complaint from chat we don't help in that.
                    It affect my cibil report. If they don't have team for support than why they gave paytm postpaid to customer.
                    Please help me to solve this issue as soon as possible.

                            I have a PAYTM account linked with mobile no. - [protected]. When I completed the online KYC with PAYTM, I was able to use the PAYTM Postpaid services. I started using this service and My Cibil Score reached to 813.
                            Now, I changed my Mobile and when I Login into my PAYTM Account with my Mobile Number. It shows that I have not completed KYC. When I asked to PAYTM KYC Agent, He said PAYTM cancelled all the Online KYC's and new KYC are closed by PAYTM.
                            But there is an amount appx. 800 that I need to pay to the Postpaid Service and because my online KYC is cancelled by PAYTM. So, I am not able to PAY that (appx 800) amount. I want to pay that amount, otherwise, there will be interest on this amount and it will affect my Cibil score also. Please help me to provide a way to pay that amount.

                              I anmol Kudal paid July postpaid bill of 322 rs . The payment is still processing I paid it on 1 August and today is 7 August it's been 6 days. And the customer care stopped replying .Also the postpaid is now showing 322 rs as outstanding in August month and for it the bill is to be generated on 1st September. I have not spent single Rupees in August still they are showing a outstanding bill of 322 rs .this is purely fraud by Paytm postpaid and the customer care is just has automated msg .please help me they are charging double money

                                Our merchant number is [protected] and we have been associated with Paytm business partner for more than 2 years, we have been trying to reach the paytm team since 18th July about not getting the mails and messages of paytm transactions but the entire team is very pathetic. Many of the transaction done by guest is not visible as we are not getting any messages which leads us to stop business with paytm and switch to other UPI platform who have better prompt resolution unlike paytm

                                      I am Tarun kumar from Srikakulam, am using Paytm post paid. I have a problem with Paytm postpaid. Once am using Paytm post paid and paid the bill on time. But they were charged late payment and i have paid that late charge amount. Now they were blocked my account. Adding screenshot of payment receipt’s and calling customer care but not responding and didn’t connect the call, written a message also but not responding to me. Please rectify my problem sir.
