I had Closed my paytm personnel loan account on 04 June 22 as per attached NOC. Still my account has been credited by a emi of amount ₹4, 874/- from my HDFC account [protected] on 05 June 2022.

        I have Paytm fastag. They linked fastag with Paytm wallet k. Now they can freeze your wallet balance due to which you can’t even add money to fastag and in end you have to pay double toll tax charges. Even customer care executive doesn’t revert properly. It’s frustrating

          I have transferred Rs 455 to my airtel prepaid number on 24/04/2022.the bank transaction payment ID : [protected]. It has not been credited to my mobile number [protected]. It has not been refunded to my bank account.

            So I recently made Paytm postpaid payment in full. I can see the amount in my available funds within the app. Now whenever I am trying to make the payment through postpaid the only message I am getting is "we are currently facing issues with postpaid, kindly use another option". That being said I am stuck somewhere and kindly urging you to look into the matter as soon as possible.

                    I have placed a request for my Paytm box replacement. After a week agent comes to take the not working box for replacement and after that their support executives are always saying that the other paytm box will be delivered in 3-4 days.
                    The process is so tiring.
                    First they didn't respond in time even the Customer helpline no. Don't pick calls there's only 3-4% chance in 100 calls they're going to pick up the call
                    And when they do they're always giving excuses
                    This agent that agent...

                      Today I tried to change my mobile no on paytm app, but could not. So I again updated my old no on the app. But when I did this I did not find my wallet balance which was previously there. I tried to contact paytm on the given phone no. i.e.[protected], but this phone no. has only menu, no executive comes on line. So one can not explain the exact complaint and this way it limits the complaints. The app has more problems also, like to activate my wallet I tried to submit my KYC, after filling the details 3-4 times, the KYC is not done nor any notice comes to show as what problem is there.

                        I tried to book a ticket through Ixigo on[protected] using Paytm UPI. The amount was deducted from the linked Bank but the payment failed and the amount was not credited to Ixigo. Even after six months, the money has not been refunded back to my account by Paytm.                             Paytm postpaid bank-99xxxxxx751 wrong debited from ref no[protected] rs 750 dated 08 april 2022 and from ref no[protected] 08 may 2022 118 ruppes in my paytm postpaid account while i had paid total used bill amount after that i informed to his desk help team and he has assured that the same auto debited amount rs 868 will be reversed shortly but it is still pending for reversal after many reminders and ivr calls please take necessary action and reverse the same amount

                                  I received a call on WhatsApp from[protected], he mentioned that he is my father's friend and trying to deposit money in my account. We were expecting a payment since my father is not very tech savvy. He said will be depositing 20000 in my account and raised a link on PayTM for depositing the money. A person impersonating my father's friend called and said a deposit link was generated on PayTM which was a razorpay link and a payment was deducted for 20000. Request for your intervention and refund of that amount please. Enclosing the related screenshot for your reference please.
