Paytm Mobile Solutions — cancelled my order without my concern. | |||||
Paytm here i am dr. Daniyal farooq, your customer from a long time. I had ordered a product from your app on 9th dec and it was indicated to me on app that the product will reach to me by 13th dec. When i didn't recieved the product till 13th i contacted your executive and get to know that the product will reach to me by 16th dec. And from 16th i am regularly contacting your executives and there is no positive response from your side. And today morning i came to know that the product has been cancelled from your side. What is this? When i didn't cancelled the product so why you did? I dont want a refund. Go hell with that refund and that product. But i promise i won't be ordering a single rupee product from your site again and will share all this concern on facebook, twitter, everywhere.
