Paytm Mobile Solutions — change in seabird bus dropping point | |||||
I booked a ticket from belgaum to tumkur on 21/4/2018 in paytm for journey on 22/4/2018. While booking dropping point shows that opposite ksrtc. Tumkur busstand. So i booked the tickets. But when we reached tumkur on 23rd morning @4.30am. Driver told that dropping point is in bypass only and dropped me and my family with small kid on batwadi bypass. It's very far from city. The place is also not safe. Wen i called seabird headoffice they also behaved arrogantly and told dropping point is in bypass only. Driver dropped in by pass only. Plz don't do this for any others.
