Paytm Mobile Solutions — codes are not working

Hi,

I purchased a vehicle and got new codes for electricity, recharge.

But when i try to apply it, it's not working.
I'm fed up with this issue in paytm

I have went and complaint in the office of kormangala they tell us it's not my problem.
Careless behavior.
It's not fair
