Paytm Mobile Solutions — Complaint for order #[protected] | |||
I purchased this product from Paytm and as per company this product was replaceable and refundable. We got damaged product still company is not responding. We have send 3-4 follow up mails. As per policy refund or cancel request should be maid within 7 days of delivery, we contacted on same day when product was delivered but they are not responding already 3 days has lapsed. It was expensive product for 35000 they are not replying nor providing any solution. Very bad response no proper customer care where we can talk directly to executive.
