Paytm Mobile Solutions — complaint for to get money back | |||
I was booking railway season ticket on 26.12.17 with paytm. I cleared all the process for booking e-ticket, but in uts mobile ticketing r wallet money donesn't get transferred, but my money got deducted of rs.612.74/- from my bank. On 23_13/2017 I was wanted to transfer some amount to my friend... As i process my bank balance get deducted bt payment not done... Here i m attaching sms from bank... Plz resolve this query as soon as possible...

Hi team, I have added the promocode money of RS 250 on Thursday 14th Dec which Paytm has showed successful and will be added to my wallet in next 24 hours. But till today I haven't received it yet. Please look into this matter and try to resolve it ASAP.
