Paytm Mobile Solutions — Customer care not calling us & not connecting for return the goods | |||||
Hi team, I order #[protected] for the item foldable laundary basket but i received Different item lunchbox delivered on 15/09/2016 Immediately i requested for return that product with complaint with ticket 06921120 on 16/09/2016... After requesting we did not received any call from seller/paytm customer and even i tried so many times for the paytm customer care[protected] is not working & not able to connect... Finally i replied to the mail [protected]@paytm.com by saying this information to them for exchange the product Today 30/09/2016 i received the mail customer not ready to return the product after 7 days delivered with item id [protected] and [protected]..
