I had ordered nirlon casserole and it was delivered on January 12, 2017. The product delivered was a damaged one and I have submitted the ticket via PayTM within 30 minutes of product delivery and no response from them from past 48 hours.

Once I had posted the issue on Consumer Complaints I have received a call from the number [protected] agent name Kabir. He did say that he will process refund and started asking for the card number. I have not provided and the number is connected with PayTM. Is PayTM into any fraudulent activities? If yes then it is a shame for a Indian company PayTM now connected with Chinese company Alibaba.
