I recharged my mobile no: [protected], order no:-[protected], dated:31-may-17 through ur paytm, rs 20/- but this amount was debited my bank account and rechare was not done. I have sent complaint to customer care but they are not refund my money in bank account and paytm cash. So my humble request u to take necessary action
