I have order online phone through paytm but I have received defective product from paytm.i have returned applied within 3 days but paytm rejected without any mail and call.after when I call to customer care then they confirmed me that you provide job sheet to service center but I ask to them if I have pay complete my money to paytem and confirmed to on time for defective then why they are not providing any technical engineer though service centre and why they are not changing my phone this is showing completely fraudulent Regards BANWARI SHARMA [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
