Paytm Mobile Solutions — delay in pickup | |||
Hello, paytm my complaint is regarding return of product. Actually i ordered one prestige electric cattle from ttk prestige limited, it delivered on 15 oct 2017. But some reason i wanted to return that because it wasn't fulfilling my requirements, so i had returned it through my paytm app on 15 oct 2017. And i had return approved. And they gave me date of pick up 19 oct 2017. But still no one comes to pick up the return items, no call no msg no notifications are send to me by them.
