Paytm Mobile Solutions — delay in processing the refund

Dear concern,
I have purchased a mobile on paytm but due to dissatisfaction i returned the product to paytm.
But after picked the mobile paytm has not refunded me sofar.
The refundable amount is rs.17550 and they are not reply me on mail even after so many reminders.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
