Paytm Mobile Solutions — delay in product reverse pick up | |||||
I have purchased a Refrigerator from PAYTMMALL and received a defective product, so i placed a return request on 14th of Oct and the request was approved on 17th stating Return pick up would be arranged by 23rd OCT which PAYTM failed to do. On multiple follow up through call/Mail all they said is they are looking in to the issue and will be resolved ASAP by arranging a return pick up, but they are not committing on the return date and after few days they are completely ignoring it, where i have to call them again and the response i receive is we are looking in to it and will be resolved ASAP. This seems to be a circular thing with no resolution being provided.Request to please resolve this issue.
