Paytm Mobile Solutions — didn't get the cashback

I recharged for 790₹ postpaid idea.50%cashback was there. First time when i recharged i received the cashback within 2 weeks as i recharged through paytm wallet. But last month when i recharged there was the same wallet existing and i used it but didnt got the cashback of 50₹. Please solve this issue. I waited for more than 3 weeks. Till now i didnt got the cashback.
