Paytm Mobile Solutions — Didn't receive cash back of applied promo code on paytm

Updated by Vineeta Pant I have ordered haltung women jeans worth rupee 599with shipping cost 28 rupee total amount was 629 and i have applied a promocode of WELCOME200B FOR cashback my order is shipped but i didn't receive any cashback yet.. My order id is [protected]. I ordered from old paytm app but than i saw promocode is saying offer applicable on paytm mall app so i have also downloaded TV that app. But even then i didn't receive any cashback... Please return my cashback balance of 200 i have tried to call on [protected] but it is giving only two options whether for lost mobile phone & for log out ur account.. U should recover ur customer service.. But i need my cashback
