Paytm Mobile Solutions — Done with my recharge of 303 and balance has also been deducted but didn't get my recharge on jio

Sir i am writing this complaint just to inform u that on[protected] at 11:35 i was doing a recharge of jio rs 303 from your site and the balance has been deducted but still my recharge confirmation msg has not recieved in my mobile and it's not showing whether the recharge has been successful or not it's only showing that it transaction is successful

Kindly look after my issue as the transaction is successful and recharge is still not done...
