I was paying my electricity bill(jaipur vidyut vitran nigam electricity board) Rs 1188/- against no. of [protected] through allahabad bank debit card . Initially it show transactions succeed and I assured that bill payment had done successfully. but actually electricity board did not got this payment.I went in the electricity board and deposited my pending bill with penaulty cause of paytm.
