I did a bill pay at paytm but it did not succeed but its been long hours now but it still shows processing and when i drop message about this they say it will be processed soon, i want to cancel this transaction because i already have made bill payment of electricity from other sources because that was urgent, but i am afraid paytm is keeping this transaction under processing and they say this will be processed soon, but i want to cancel this transaction but they have given me no option to cancel this.
