Paytm Mobile Solutions — failed transaction but amount not reversed

I have done a transaction on 1st march 2018 using rupay debit card at bmn public school for amounting to rs.17, 655/- but wherein till date merchant as not got credit to their account and they have issued a letter stating they have not received and it has reversed back to paytm on same day

When I am booking my tickets I didn't book my ticket

Hello.. we have booked tickets for 10:30 AM show for sunday april 22nd.. but its not displaying next proceeding procedure after clicking on - procced for payment.. kindly respond ASAP
