Paytm Mobile Solutions — Fake order delivered. | |||||
I had ordered a harddisk through paytm orders, and was delivered a an incorrect item that i had not ordered. As the item i had purchased was close to 7000 rupees, i contacted paytm support, but was treated very casually and was told that an fir would be raised against me for making my complaint. I would like a resolution or a full refund from paytm as i am having to face these kind of threats even though i have paid legally and have been cheated. Was this information helpful? | |||||
