Paytm Mobile Solutions — false charge of penalty on postpaid due by paytm. | |||
I have made a purchase from paytm of rs 347 on 5-5-19. After getting the delivery by 12-5-19 item was found to be wrong and i was willing to return the item but system was showing it as not delivered. Hence was not able to make return. Once the deadline of delivery passed i have initiated for return in the month of may only. But person visited on 14-6-19. Till the time as it was purchased using postpaid facility the bill generated, and in spite of my continous reminders for return people from paytm side delayed the transaction deliberately. As it was a return and payment was to be done by paytm itself i didn't paid the bill. Later on complaining paytm removed the due amount but after continuos delay from there end which led to penalty on the due amount. Now the people from customer care are not removing the penalty and on raising queries they are closing the query stating to read the bill sent on email and sms and if not paid legal action will be taken. Please justify that penalty on false bill can be legal? If justified ₹72 is not huge amount to be paid. Such lowness in services of paytm will surely lead brand & trust demolition among masses. Mine is already broken. Please reply or else send me legal notice will surely meet your legal people in the court with my capacity.
