Paytm Mobile Solutions — fees charged for change of date of international ticket when the change was not made by your agency | |||
Through paytm order no. [protected] flight was booked del to seoul on 15th june 2017 and return flight on 24th august ticket no.[protected]. On 4th august around 11.30 am or so my sister from india called for the change of return date from 24th august to 9th seotember while you asked her to wait for an hour and will revert back. At 12 noon i dr. Avinash kumar myself went to incheon airport and got the ticket changed to 9th september the return ticket. Then paytm asked my sister to pay 4030 rs to change the date.. But u didnt mail the ticket as ticket was already with me the changed version and i was not charged by asiana airlines any fees for that. Later i again went to airport and asked them was any fees taken and they told no and they further told this change has been made on your personal request at the reservation desk not by any agency. So paytm could not have sent me the new tickt because i had got ticket before hand too. I have also kept the conversation recording at the reservation desk that this change has been made by my personal request not through any travel agency. I want my money refund because there was no processing fees by the airlines and moreso ever the said change in itinerary has been made by my request in korea. If my complaint is not heard of. I will be going to consumer redressal forum. You cant charge rs 4030 for nothing when the airlines have changed the ticket on my personal request itself Was this information helpful? | |||
